How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards?
You can use Loyalty Rewards when placing your order
either of these ways:
On our website: At
OvationHair.com. Your rewards should appear under the payment tab during checkout. Simply choose the rewards you would like to use. If you do not see your reward listed, you may enter the code in
the Loyalty Reward field. Our website
can handle multiple reward codes, so you can apply as many unused or unexpired rewards
as you like.
Over the telephone: Give
your Loyalty Reward code to a Personal Account Representative when placing your order
at (888) 411-3252.
How are Rewards Tracked and Issued?
Membership points are stored and tracked on your registered Ovation
account and are available to redeem once a threshold of 50 points is reached.
Who is eligible to participate in Loyalty Rewards?
Everyone is eligible. However, you must have an account to be
automatically enrolled as a Loyalty Rewards Member.
How do I see my Loyalty Membership account?
To view your point activity, visit OvationHair.com and click "My
Account" link at the top. You might be logged in automatically, but if not, log in using your
existing username and password. Select the "Loyalty Rewards" tab on the left side of your
How do I earn points?
All Loyalty Reward members earn points when shopping with
OvationHair.com and over the phone. Rewards are earned only when purchases are made through your
registered member account.
What do my reward points get me?
Every time you accumulate 50 points, we will send you a $32.50
Loyalty Reward via email to apply toward a future Ovation purchase. You may use
multiple Loyalty Rewards when placing your order either online or over the phone.
Will my Loyalty Rewards be automatically applied to my Replenishment Orders?
No. Since Replenishment Orders are automatically generated and billed, you must contact us prior to the next replenishment order generating to apply Loyalty Rewards.
Can my points expire?
No, points do not expire. However, Loyalty Rewards expire
one year from date of issuance.
Can I earn bonus points?
Yes. We will announce bonus point events and you may earn extra points
at that time. Also, you earn double points on all Replenishment orders.
How many times may I use a Loyalty Reward?
Loyalty Rewards can only be used once unless you use less
than the entire amount. When there is a remaining balance, you may use this on your

Your eligibility for the higher levels of our program is based on your
lifetime net purchases with Ovation Hair, either online or over the telephone. Points required to
reach different levels are listed below:
- Bronze – 50
- Silver - 100
- Gold – 200
- Platinum – 400
