How do I use my reward certificate?
You can use a Loyalty Reward certificate code when placing your order either of these ways:
On our website: At OvationHair.com. Enter your reward code in the Loyalty Reward field during checkout. Our website can handle multiple certificates, so you can enter and use as many unused or unexpired certificates as you like.
Over the telephone: Give your Loyalty Reward Certificate code to a Personal Account Representative when placing your order at (888) 411-3252.
How are Rewards Tracked and Issued?
Membership points are stored and tracked on your registered Ovation account and are available to redeem once a threshold of 50 points is reached.
Who is eligible to participate in Loyalty Rewards?
Everyone is eligible. However, you must have an account to be automatically enrolled as a Loyalty Rewards Member.
How do I see my Loyalty Membership account?
To view your point activity, visit OvationHair.com and click "My Account" link at the top. You might be logged in automatically, but if not, log in using your existing username and password. Select the "Loyalty Rewards" tab on the left side of your screen.
How do I earn rewards points?
All Loyalty Reward members earn reward points when shopping with OvationHair.com and over the phone. Rewards are earned only when purchases are made through your registered member account.
What do my reward points get me?
Every time you accumulate 50 rewards points, we will send you a $32.50 Loyalty Reward certificate via email to apply toward a future Ovation purchase. You may use multiple Loyalty Rewards when placing your order either online or over the phone.
Can my reward points expire?
No, points do not expire. However, Reward Loyalty certificates expire one year from date of issuance.
Can I earn bonus points?
Yes. We will announce bonus point events and you may earn extra points at that time. Also, you earn double points on all Replenishment orders.
How many times may I use a Reward Certificate?
Loyalty Rewards Certificates can only be used once unless you use less than the entire certificate amount. When there is a remaining balance, you may use this on your next order.
Do I earn rewards on all purchases?
Currently, points are not awarded for purchases at fairs and other events, and you must log in to your registered account when shopping on-line to receive your points.
How can I reach a higher level of Membership?
Your eligibility for the higher levels of our program is based on your lifetime net purchases with Ovation Hair, either online or over the telephone. Points required to reach different levels are listed below:
- Bronze – 50 points
- Silver - 100 points
- Gold – 200 points
- Platinum – 400 points
How will I know if I’ve qualified for a new level and what my benefits are?
To view your point activity visit OvationHair.com and click My Account link at the top right, then select Loyalty Rewards.
Do I need to re-qualify annually for my benefits to continue?
No. Your level of membership is determined by your lifetime net purchases.
Is there a situation where I could lose the rewards points I’ve earned?
You lose points for returned items
If I have more than one registered account, is the amount I spend on each account combined to determine my membership level?
If you have created a duplicate account the accounts will be combined. The points earned on the multiple registered accounts will be combined toward the earning of a new Loyalty Rewards certificate and establish your membership level.
