WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You may order online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or PayPal. Your PayPal account can debit either a credit card or checking account. We also accept pre-paid gift cards with a major credit card logo. Please retain your gift card for up to one year after purchase to facilitate returns, if necessary.

We do accept payment by cashier’s check or money order, but we ask that you call us so that we can prepare an order estimate for you. Payment will need to be received before we can ship your order.

UPS SHIPPING

We offer a discounted UPS Ground Shipping option for $4.95. All Ovation products are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday, until 3 p.m. Pacific, from San Diego, CA. You have the option to accept delivery with or without a signature required.

Orders ship within three business days of being placed. Delivery times range from one to five days and depend on location, time, and day of the week the order is placed.

Delivery can take up to seven days for an order to reach the East Coast.

UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Next day shipping orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific will deliver the following day (unless ordered on a Friday). Orders placed after 2 p.m. may not ship until the following day and be delivered the day after. Orders made after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

UPS delivers until 7:00 p.m. local time. Some areas receive later deliveries. The tracking number and information is included in your order confirmation email.

Expedited shipping options may not be available in some rural areas. We will contact you by telephone or email if there is an issue with your request.

HOW DO I GET MY INTRODUCTORY DISCOUNT?

You will have an opportunity to complete a brief survey and let us know how you heard about us. Look for the Discounts Tab during checkout. If you are eligible the discount box will appear on the left. Click Start Now to answer a few questions and receive your discount. IS THERE ANYWAY TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING? Yes, sign up for our Replenishment Program. As a member, our Replenishment Program is available to you. Orders that are shipped using the Replenishment Program include free shipping.

WHAT IS LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP?

Loyalty Membership is our free program for clients. Points are accumulated with every purchase. Once you’ve earned 50 points, you will receive an email with a Loyalty Rewards certificate. You can then redeem the Loyalty Rewards certificate online (using the Loyalty Certificate code in your email), over the phone, or save it for a purchase within a year. DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Shipping to Canada is now available. Shipments to Canada will not require further import duties. Shipping costs shown include all required VAT and broker fees. Delivery times may vary; at this time PO Box and expedited shipping are not available. Tracking number and information is included in your order confirmation email.

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR LOCATION?

We are not set up as a retail store. Our products are only available through www.OvationHair.com, or via phone (888-411-3252). We offer a discounted flat rate shipping cost of $4.95 for UPS Ground Delivery.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Because the positive effects of our products take place over several weeks, we do not offer trial samples of our products. A one-time use is simply not enough to fully experience the quality and proven effectiveness of our hair and body care products. Instead, we offer a special 6 oz. Cell Therapy® System in our Balance formula that will last approximately six weeks, which is the minimum amount of recommended treatment time to show results. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

We are confident Ovation products will improve the health of your hair! If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase for any reason, please return your product for a refund. Return to:

Please include a copy of your receipt or a note that provides your contact information. You are encouraged to request a delivery confirmation from the shipping service you choose to ensure your products arrive to our warehouse. Refunds are processed back to the card used for the original purchase. Product bottles are required to complete the refund process.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by calling Ovation® at 1-888-411-3252. One of our Personal Account Representatives will guide you through the simple reset process and provide you with your new password. After your new password is created, it will become active right away!
