HOW IT WORKS
Once you’ve earned 50 points, you will receive an email with a Loyalty Rewards certificate for $32.50. You can then redeem the Loyalty Rewards certificate online (using the code in your email), over the phone, or save it for a purchase within a year.

How do I use my reward certificate?
You are able to use a Loyalty Reward certificate code when placing your order either of these ways:
On our website - www.OvationHair.com. Enter your reward code in the Loyalty Reward field during checkout. Our website can handle multiple certificates, so you can enter and use as many unused or unexpired certificates as you like.
Over the telephone – Give your Loyalty Reward Certificate code to a Personal Account Representative when placing your order at (888) 411-3252. |
How are Rewards Tracked and Issued?
Points are stored and tracked on your Membership and are available to redeem once a threshold of 50 points is reached.
Who is eligible to participate in Loyalty Rewards?
Everyone is eligible! However, you must be signed up to become a Loyalty Rewards Member.
How do I see my Loyalty Membership account?
To view your point activity visit OvationHair.com (link) and click "My Account" link at the top. You might be logged in automatically, but if not, log in using your existing username and password. Select List Rewards Program and look for Loyalty Program Level.
How do I earn rewards points?
All Loyalty Reward members earn reward points when shopping with OvationHair.com and over the phone. Rewards are earned only when purchases are made through your registered member account.
What do my reward points get me?
Every time you accumulate 50 rewards points, Ovation Hair will send you a $32.50 Loyalty Reward certificate via email to apply toward anything your heart desires. You may use multiple Loyalty Rewards when placing your order either online or over the phone.
Can my reward points expire?
No, points do not expire. However, Reward Loyalty certificates expire one year from date of issuance.
Can I earn bonus points?
Yes! Ovation Hair will announce bonus point events and you may earn extra points at that time. Also, you earn double points on all replenishment orders.
How many times may I use a Reward Certificate?
Loyalty Rewards Certificates can only be used once unless you use less than the entire certificate amount. When there is a remaining balance, you may use this on your next order.
Do I earn rewards on all purchases?
Currently, points are not awarded for purchases at fairs and other events.
How can I reach a higher level of Membership?
Your eligibility for the higher levels of our program is based on your lifetime net purchases with Ovation Hair, either online or over the telephone. Points required to reach different levels are listed below.
Bronze – 50 points
Silver - 100 points
Gold – 200 points
Platinum – 400 points
How will I know if I’ve qualified for a new level and what my benefits are?

Do I need to re-qualify annually for my benefits to continue?
No. Your level of membership is determined by your lifetime net purchases.
Is there a situation where I could lose the rewards points I’ve earned?
You lose points for returned items. Each client may only have one Loyalty Reward Membership. Points from multiple accounts will not be combined once a Loyalty Reward Certificate has been used.
If I have more than one registered account, is the net spend combined to determine my membership level?
Yes, if registered accounts are combined and you are a Loyalty Rewards member, your Loyalty Points will be combined, until a Loyalty Rewards certificate is used. Once a Loyalty Rewards certificate is used the issued registered account will become your master account and additional memberships will be removed. It is in your best interest to keep one account and accumulate rewards faster there.
