I have never before written you a company regarding a product, but your products have proven to be so outstanding I had to reach out and tell you how pleased I've been with the results. I have always struggled with my hair, it is wavy with a real tendency to frizz. I have colored it for years and blow dry it almost every day. The result of all that has been a steady decline in the condition of my hair despite using some of the most expensive salon products available. I noticed am immediate improvement after starting with Ovation, but the real results showed up 3-4 months into using the products. I can't tell you the difference it has made! My hair is thicker, softer and so easy to style. As I mentioned, I have very wavy hair - and not in a good way. Every morning was a frustrating, blow-drying battle. Not anymore!! Dear DC Labs, Ovation Cell Therapy is the absolute best! I have been using it for over 2 months now and I can't begin to describe the beautiful effects of your product on my hair - it's incredibly soft, and feels and looks thicker. It's shiney, manageable, strong and beautiful, to boot! OMG! I LOVE MY HAIR! I take my product along w/ me everytime I go the beauty salon to have my hair washed and styled. My hair dresser is usually not impressed w/ commercial products, other than the ones she purchases thru wholesale distributors and, she uses one product line, specifically, on her customers. But she loves Ovation and feels your product has contributed to my healthy head of hair. I am African American and was wearing braids up until October '09. I wore them to give my hair a rest and to promote growth. I had also colored my hair prior to braiding it, and it had broken off around my face. We agreed she would use a "mild" texturizer on my hair, which would allow for more manageability of my coarse hair, but w/ out the harsh side-affects of a straight relaxer. Well, I have to tell you. I wash my hair weekly and leave the Cell Therapy on my hair for up to two hours, before I rinse it and apply the Crème Rinse. My hair has grown, at least, an inch an a half. And Ovation appears to protect my hair from the heated styling tools I use (daily). I have gotten compliments from complete strangers on my hair. And I sing the praises of Ovation to everyone I can. I am thrilled with the Ovation Hair™ Therapy System! I have extremely thin hair and have suffered from alopecia areata for 40 years with some new areas surfacing recently. I have found that cell therapy has healed up my old psoriasis lesions on my hands and arms and knees so that they are GONE! I couldn't be more thrilled! What's in that stuff and why does it work when all the cortisone and tar ointments didn't ever work? Does the FDA or dermatologists know about this? It's just wonderful! I couldn't be happier! I am a hairstylist and have long hair. I wish to have waist-length hair one day but realized that may never happen as much as it's breaking off (due to coloring, hi-lighting and heating tools). I decided to give Ovation a try after noticing a difference in my client's hair. I've told a few of my clients about that client's results and they started to use it and I noticed the positive results in their hair. I was sad and frustrated with the frazzled state my hair was at and not willing to cut 10 inches off, ordered Ovation figuring I had nothing to lose. The Cell Therapy is great! I kept hearing about the Cell Therapy on the radio and decided to try it. I use to perm and cut my hair very short. Then I had surgery and couldn't get my hair permed so I decided to just wash and braid my hair and although I washed it once a week (I am African-American)and oiled my hair it grew a little, but when I combed my hair I had a lot of breakage. Since I started using Cell Therapy my hair is thicker, softer, longer, and shiny. I do not perm my hair anymore, I press it and it looks beautiful. Dear Ovation, I am a hairstylist and I recently went thru chemotherapy treatments for 8 mths. I ordered your product and began using it just as soon as I was done with treatment. I have to tell you I was sceptical, but all my hair came back just as full if not fuller than before I lost it. This product is awesome!  I use all three, just like it says to do. 2 to 3 times a week I sleep with it. I have a lot of growth and length. I think it unplugged my scalp pores….LOL My husband is the most skeptical person in the world. So, I made him measure my hair in length.  I started the product on November 10th and I noticed the difference in 2 days. I already had to cut my bangs myself. I think I will have to trim them again. They are growing at an amazing speed. My length will be measured on  November 30th and I will contact you again.  He measured 13 ½ inches in length when I started.  I feel and see the difference. My hair shine is incredible and it has taken out my gray hairs too. White hairs I used to get in my hairline have gone away. I do not dye my hair. I have virgin hair and it is black, but I am 47 so I get little white hairs.  Well those hairs have stopped growing white and are growing black. I know this because I pluck them out, and all the new growth is black.  How do you like that!! This product is incredible and unbelievable!! Today, 10/2/09 I used the three step product. I was very skeptical about the product. When rinsing off my hair after an hour of the cell therapy, I could feel the difference, my hair felt thicker, when I styled it with the curling iron it wasn't brittle and all of that was after an hour. I'll leave it on for two hrs. and can't wait for the next several months. I'm sorry I didn't purchase the larger bottles. Thank You for helping me feel better about myself. Carol
